What does “Factory Seconds” mean?

Factory seconds are products with minor faults that are caused during the manufacturing process.

Cobra Seats is proud of it's reputation for excellence and quality control, so these faults such as a flaw in the stitching or a mark on the fabric of the product make it a factory second meaning it cannot be sold as a brand new item.

These goods are sold at a cheaper rate as they have failed to pass the quality inspection stage at the end of the manufacturing process. These products still have the performance and functionality of the new product and the damage is purely cosmetic.

The description of the goods on our website will include a description of the nature of non-compliance of the goods (the reason why they are not being sold as first quality) and your decision to purchase any factory second product will deem your acceptance of the flaws listed in the description.

Items sold as factory seconds or within the factory sale cannot be returned as the description of goods will be outlined prior to buying.
