Returns Policy for Clothing

You can return any item of clothing within 30 days of receipt of your order for an exchange or refund. If you request a refund, the original purchase price of the item/s will be refunded to the original payment method (excluding the original postage).
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

You must comply with the below points to enable your refund or exchange:
 - We receive the returned product/s within 30 days of the original receipt 
- The returned product is unused, is with all original packaging, and is in a condition to resell the product.
- Please include a completed returns form within your returned product
- You comply with the refund/ returns procedure below 

Refund/ Returns Procedure for Clothing


A refund will be issued for the full price of any clothing product that is returned to us in line with the terms of our returns procedure (original postage charge, and return postage will not be refunded).
All requested refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the parcel. If you feel we have not refunded you within our stated timescale, please email

Improper & Unacceptable Returns
Any items that are visibly worn, damaged, or marked in any way - such as grease, pen, make-up, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in a condition we deem as non-sellable - we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. If items are covered in animal or human hair, we may not agree to a refund or exchange. 
If your item/s have been returned past the 30-day period or is what we deem as a non-sellable condition, we may hold the item/s until a minimum of £4.95 returns postage charge is paid so these can be dispatched back to you. Our customer service team will contact you if this applies. 

We will not refund or exchange if you return a product in breech of this policy (and where you do not have other legal rights to return the product).
We may hold the returned product until you pay any additional amounts such as re-delivery charges of the returned product. If payment is not made within 30 days of the request, we may dispose or destroy the returned product in sole discretion without any liability to you.
